Michael has extensive experience in the development business, overseeing the development of Hospitality, multi-family residential and commercial/office. 

Having received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth in 2013, Michael returned back to Canada and founded Grandview Property Management with 8 Buildings under management, and in 2017, expanded to include Montik Management Services, providing real-estate management for foreign investors. 

Glynn Group Inc. provides a range of Professional Quantity Surveying Services to the Canadian Construction Industry. Based on Glynn Group’s detailed knowledge gained on various types of Real Estate Developments within the Residential, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Educational and Healthcare Sectors. 

Glynn Group has continued to grow each year and works on over one hundred and seventy-five construction projects annually including residential, commercial, retail, healthcare and industrial projects.

Nancy Shoemaker is responsible for planning services provided by Black, Shoemaker, Robinson & Donaldson Limited. She has been a land use planner in Ontario for 40 years and has extensive experience in policy formulation; urban redevelopment; secondary planning; managing and coordinating land development projects and securing development approvals on a wide range of projects in both the private sector and the public municipal sector. As principal planner for numerous private developments, it has been necessary to ensure that these projects maintain or enhance the vision or principles of sound community planning, while at the same time being sensitive to the economic feasibility of the individual development.
